Coronado Senior Apartments is located near the center of the bustling downtown village of the City of Coronado. This 30 unit affordable apartment project is aimed at low income senior citizens. Both the architecture and the landscape architecture of this project has been designed to complement and respect the surrounding residential neighborhood and community. Textural hardscape elements such as a stone paved courtyard, low stone garden walls and a central stone fountain feature combined with gardenesque plantings provide a cozy environment for the residents to enjoy the pleasant outdoor climate of Coronado.

Great landscape for a plain building

Landscaping, like lighting, can be like jewelry for a building. A good example of how to dress up an otherwise common building.

Lovely, Lovely

I would be so lucky to retire to such a place. Pleasant to behold, kudos to the designers/builders of this project. Consideration regarding the use of the structure is wonderfully present. Thank you for creating a lovely space for seniors.

very well done

Seniors take a back seat as end users in so many project. This project has scale, flow and interest. It looks very relaxing and and great place to spend enjoyable time foe retired folks. Hats of to the developer and architect.
