The campus of the ResMed corporation is a startling good example of artistic landscape design for a commercial building. Because the plantings were carefully designed to be drought tolerant, and the paving materials allow water to percolate, this design may already be applicable for a LEED certification. Unlike many commercial buildings, the landscaping looks very intentional and thoughtfully designed. The public spaces are welcoming, comfortable, and safe. The integration of large scale modern artwork is a pleasant surprise.

Hats off to the Interiors Team at ID Studios. A wonderful collaboration between the exterior, landscaping, and interior space. Truely a masterpiece.

Really a bonus for San Diego, this building and surrounding landscape illustrate what good comes from considering the 'where' in design. Only wish it were more visible. Davis Davis and KMAAE did an outstanding job, they should be proud.

This project's complex design and details could only have been accomplished seamlessly by a General Contractor like Reno Contracting. Their dedication and abilities lead to this project's ultimate success. Good work Reno Contracting on such a well executed project and an amazing outcome!

Office building I would live in

Exceptional Building

Too bad this one is buried in the middle of a tragically master planned General Dynamics site surrounded by a bunch of meaningless multifamily residential neighborhoods (term used loosely) as well as an unfortunate Sunroad Tower. Projects like this need to be front and center to discourage the usual lackluster developer product.

Reno Contracting Did GREAT!!

This project had a alot of unique details and complex designs, which only a General Contractor like RENO Contracting could pull off. This project was managed and built with perfection. It is a great addition to this area, and one the best building in this area. Good Work Reno Contracting!!
