Designed by an architect-developer, the SDLOFTS office space in the North Park neighborhood of San Diego is not to be missed. Walk off the street and push open the large pivot door to enter into another realm. Large glass expanses visually connect the interior with the three garden spaces. Inside the office, the desks are all made from cold rolled steel and finished with walnut contributing to a warm and welcome feeling. Unlike other offices, there is no need for constant use of air conditioning. Instead, the doors and windows can be open to moderate the temperature. The space offers clean, simple, pure forms that function.
