Daily Roast Cafe

The Daily Roast is positioned at a crossroads within the Viejas Casino & Resort expansion  project. A series of glass and wire frame panels and openings provides multiple ways to access the space. These panels also frame views of the surrounding resort activity. A rear wall anchors the space and provides a backdrop for cafe activity. The panels also divide the space to create intimate seating areas. The vibe is bright, but also warm with wood floors and steel and wood display systems. This is truly a great place to people watch and take in all the movement and buzz of the surrounding resort.
