IDEA1 – The first mixed-use development of the exciting I.D.E.A. District of East Village. IDEA1 includes “The Hub” a buzzing ground level community venue, local restaurants, tech startup offices, and 295 apartments above. The interiors of the common areas of IDEA1 Apartments were designed by Jules Wilson Design Studio. Inspired by the kinetic energy of IDEA1’s creative community and the East Village neighborhood, the interiors are bright, whimsical and add a distinct layer of thoughtfulness to this urban landscape.
LEASING GALLERY – Located on the ground floor with direct street access, the IDEA1 Leasing Gallery is a rotating art exhibition outfitted with stackable modular paper seating by Molo, a notable furniture collection that has also been “acquired by the New York Museum of Modern Art for their permanent collection.” The space, intended to feel like a gallery is an introduction for potential tenants and residents to meet with leasing agents and begin their tour of IDEA1.
CLUBHOUSE – Atop IDEA1 is the indoor/outdoor Clubhouse for residents to invite guests to enjoy the city views, hang by the fire pits, BBQ, watch TV and entertain with friends and family. Warehouse doors, bright upholstery and playful furniture make this a contemporary and comfortable space.
ROOFTOP – The Rooftop was designed with outdoor modular furniture that can be rearranged as a movie theater, dining area or lounge. Loungers by Roche Bobois and Manutti create an upscale hotel vibe under yellow and white striped Tucci umbrellas. Overlooking the downtown skyline, the design is luxe while staying youthful and vibrant.
