Taking full advantage of San Diego’s amazing climate, the amenity building features a single 45-foot section of operable curtain wall that seamlessly extends an interior public cafe, lounge and sports simulator into a complementary outdoor space. Throughout the campus, indoors and outdoors, beautifully appointed spaces encourage employees from different offices to engage with nature and each other.

I worked on this street for almost a decade, so to experience the before and after of this building was great. Honestly the transformation is absolutely incredible and it not only impacted the site but the whole street and surroundings. The design team did an incredible job.
