The Alexan: Residential Mixed Use – East Village

This project, built by Swinerton, is a mixed use residential development located on 13th and J Street/14th and K Street in the East Village neighborhood of downtown San Diego. This 320-unit project is a 19-story luxury residence that will provide a variety of unit types including studio, one-bedroom and one-bedroom plus, two-bedroom, and loft-style. Approximately 7,500 square feet of common area will be dedicated on the ground floor to promote street interaction with the surrounding community. Resident amenities include a clubhouse with pool and spa facilities, as well as an exterior courtyard.
