The Seabird

The interior design of The Seabird Resort is a mix of traditional and modern elements inspired by the natural environment and ocean resulting in a beach-house style with natural textures and nautical features. The Seabird embodies the spirit of Southern California with effortless leisure.

The Seabird guestrooms feature the coastal-inspired theme with vivid pops of color as one may find in a beach-house along the coast.

Guests of The Seabird are met with almost 300 artworks curated by the Oceanside Museum of Art featuring more than 120 Southern California artists, including Courtney Mattison whose OUR CHANGING SEAS VII is prominently featured behind the Lobby Reception desk. There is also Michelle Montjoy’s Chorus, a woven ceiling installation inspired by sea life in the Ballroom Prefunction Lobby.

The 226-guest room hotel has an outdoor pool, sophisticated library, a farm-to-table restaurant (Piper), oceanfront bar (The Shore Room) and nearly 20,000 square feet of celebration and meeting space. Signature amenities include an expansive pool deck with oceans views and The Shelter Club, a poolside cabana for hotel guests.
