The Tremont Collective is an adaptive reuse conversion of several old auto repair garages into a neighborhood-based lifestyle project, housing food and beverage, shopping, fitness and office space.
The collective was intended to bring the community together. All spaces are connected by the heartbeat of the project, with the back open-air patio area. The Tremont Collective features a variety of exterior design styles, materials and era inspirations. It successfully preserved the scale, charm and history, which are critical to the Oceanside coastal community.
