TYRA Biosciences HQ in the heart of Olde Carlsbad

Bucking convention Fabric delivered a fully renovated HQ for TYRA Biosciences in the heart of Carlsbad. Two old cinder block structures on State St. were transformed to a fully functioning biotech lab and adjoining office space with brand new A-frame roof lines and reclaimed wood cladding from barn in the Pacific Northwest. In between these structures is a gated open space meticulously landscaped capturing the beauty of indoor/outdoor living and working in San Diego.  Large roll up doors expose the hallways to a shared outdoor common space / atrium often used for meetings, lunches, and socializing. The site captures the essence of Southern California coffee shop, while housing state of the art lab equipment and fully supporting the operational need of our company.
