Breezeline

Breezeline is a single-family village in the heart of Imperial Beach, steps away from the beach. The project consists of fifteen 3-bedroom units placed around a central open corridor. Each unit features a palette of corrugated metal and smooth stucco, evocative of many of the beach structures in the surrounding community. Each unit also features a dramatic pitched roof, giving the project a unique identity within the neighborhood.
